History

  The foundation of the company was first laid by Mehmet Yılmaz YALTIR and Ahmet ÖZMEN, who started producing strawberry fruit in modern sense in Mersin province / Silifke district in 1990.

   With the increase and development of production, the commercial title of the partnership was changed to ÖZYAL TARIM A.Ş. in 2007. In 2012, it merged with SİLİFKE TARIM A.Ş., which has a cold storage and packaging facilities and as of now, it continues its activities under the title SBR TARIM ÜRÜNLERİ A.Ş.

  In time, it started to produce blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, which we call berry fruits, in a modern sense. Preferring the soilless farming method in strawberry production, the company continues to produce healthy and hygienic products by expanding its production areas.

  In addition to this, it also carries out the production, trading, distribution and marketing of stone fruits. Moreover, founding cold storages, establishing special warehouses for the storage of agricultural products and managing them are the targets of the company.

   The firm, which domestically markets its products through national markets, online sales service companies and markets also exports fruits to countries such as Russia, Romania, Poland, Dubai, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Iraq, and earns foreign currency to our country.
